PEACE, BEAUTY AND CARE FOR THE PLANET: ITALIAN GRAZIA RELEASES 10 UNIQUE NFT WORKS TO CELEBRATE THE SPECIAL ISSUE
Grazia.it presented a special issue of Buongiorno Grazia (Good afternoon, Grazia, ed.). The issue is dedicated to freedom in every sense. This edition has ten covers. They are NFT works designed by the young artist Bianca Cedrone. Each one reflects the values important for the magazine: peace, freedom of expression, love of the planet, the struggle for equal rights, beauty, foresight, feminism, inclusiveness, fashion and internationality. Using her imagination, the girl has developed unusual images that convey these messages.
Editor-in-chief Silvia Grilli believes that there comes a time when you just have to show what you are willing to fight for. Composer Giovanni Allevi also worked on the NFT project. “Art should draw attention to important events. For the Grazia project we used three musical themes from my work ‘Warrior Woman’: rhythmic, dreamy and poignant. They reflect the images of women who are passing through these difficult times with dignity thanks to their fighting spirit, courage and love for life,” notes the musician.
PEACE
With this work, the artist emphasised the importance of defending freedom today. The focus was on an almost cloudless blue sky, which is considered a symbol of peace. But out of a dark plane, shells fall that turn into flowers. Perhaps this cover was a reinterpretation of the famous phrase from the 70s “Flowers are better than bullets”.
Grazia presents “Peace”, its first NFT and represents the importance of defending the free world and its values, beauty in its plurality of expressions, the ability to look forward and the pride of being a feminist.
The work is part of the Buongiorno Grazia collection, a collection of unique digital works in which the images created by the young artist Bianca Cedrone blend with the moving notes of the brilliant composer Giovanni Allevi. The collection is inspired by the desire to defend a freer and more inclusive world, more respectful of the planet and of people, where the uniqueness of each person is the strength to follow their talents and realise their dreams.
